At Sunset Sky Farm, we have two herds—one of dairy cows and one of beef cows—that graze through our vineyards. This cyclical process supports the growth of robust vines and healthy forage while reducing the need for synthetic fertilizers. Rotational grazing is a win-win for our livestock and our land.
